As with any ice cream shop, you can expect to find staple flavors like vanilla, chocolate, and cookies and cream, however, Creme & Cocoa has that variety and so much more. What sets them apart from typical ice-cream shops though, is the offering of flavors native to the islands. People hear tropical and think of mangoes and pineapples, but here you will find additional, deep-rooted flavors like sorrel (native to Jamaica), soursop, passion fruit, and papaya. Making small batches every week, the staff at Creme & Cocoa continues to introduce new flavor varieties to their customers.

What you'll learn in this ice cream class:
During the class, you will learn ice cream making basics and create four culinary combinations of your own to take home. You will mix cream and other ingredients such as candy, chocolate, cookies and fruit. Freezer bags will be provided.
Our ice cream making classes are offered to individuals and to private groups for a corporate team building activities, company outings, birthday culinary classes, bridal showers, bachelorette parties and more.
